congrat for the promotion. regarding your sketch, did you use a reference? the right breast seems to be too far screen left and one trick, even on very simple sketch, for a similar pose, draw some sort of light vshape on the shoulder to indicate the position of the deltoid. This will also give more life to the drawing and get you a more interesting silhouette.
