I'm a bit biased, but the Academy of Art University is pretty good too.

Perhaps someone should graduate from Animation Mentor before determinations are made.

Well, I feel qualified to give AM a mention seeing as I've seen the work the students have been doing.
Also, while the Academy is a great place to study, it wouldn't make my own personal top five of places worldwide to study the craft.
This is not a definitive list, but merely my opinion based on the quality of student-produced material.
